Congratulations!
Your organization is Great Place To Work-Certified™️! This certification is 100% based on the voice of your employees.
With the certification, you show that your organizational culture is based on trust, pride and fun.
For one year, you may use the Certified badge in all your internal and external communications. In this document, we explain how to use the badge properly so that you can get the most out of your certification.
Achieving certification is a collective achievement of which you can be proud. Dwell on this success, celebrate it and share it with your employees!
Here's how you can go about it:
-
First things first: make sure everyone knows that your organization is certified. Use the usual internal communication tools for this, such as intranet, an internal newsletter, Teams, Slack, and so on. You can use this text as the basis for your communication. Tip: often one email is not enough. So keep sharing!
-
Let's celebrate! Choose a good moment to share the certification, such as during a meeting with all your colleagues. Make this moment extra festive with garlands, cake, champagne and music. Need inspiration? Then take a look at this video!
- Show it off. Give the bamboo certificate a prominent place, use screens, window stickers, toilet advertising, you name it! That way your colleagues are constantly reminded that your organization is a great place to work. And that makes for proud employees!
The title Great Place To Work-Certified shows that you are a good employer. This makes you attractive to potential new employees. So use this title in recruitment and communications.
There are numerous ways you can use the certificate externally:
-
On your website (for example, on the homepage, about us page, work at page or in the footer)
-
In a blog or news item on your website

In a press release (view sample text)

Employer page. Certified organizations deserve a spot on our website. An employer page is your business card and is seen by potential new employees. Below you can read what we need to create your employer page.
Already have an employer page and want to change or add something? Please let Tessa know.
Employer page: here's how it works
To create your employer page, we need some information from you. Click on the button below to fill out the form. Please note: if you do not fill out this form, we will not be able to create a page.
We use photos from the Culture Brief, but you can submit additional photos if you wish. You will receive an e-mail about this. Didn't get an e-mail? Please contact us.
You can download the logo from the Customer Portal in Emprising:
-
Go to the Certification Toolkit in Emprising
-
Scroll to 'Use Your Certification Badge'
-
Click on the blue button 'Badge ZIP file'
The logo is available in JPG, PNG and SVG.
The physical certificates are made by a local laser cutter. Because we depend on this, it can sometimes take a little longer for you to receive the certificate.
Haven't received your certificate after three weeks? Please contact your Customer Success Manager.
After you fill out the form and provide photos, we can get to work on your employer page. Within one week after we have received all your input, your employer page will be ready.
As soon as your employer page is live, we will of course let you know.
If you would like to change or add something on your employer page, please submit it to Tessa by email.
We share your certification in two ways:
-
Via LinkedIn on the first Thursday of the month
-
On our website via an employer page: as soon as possible and in any case within one week after you have provided input
Is this too soon because you want to share your certification internally first? Let your Customer Success Manager know as soon as possible. We will include your organization in a later post on LinkedIn and put the employer page on hold.
