Marieke is averse to things that keep you small as a person or as an organization. She has integrity, enthusiasm, a strong personality and a very infectious laugh. Marieke asks you the questions no one else asks and is not afraid to bring all sides of herself to work. Marieke is trained as an organizational consultant and collaborative systemic interventionist.
Merle van den Heuvel
Merle can quickly fathom situations and knows how to mobilize people like no other to achieve results together. She has a love of learning and development and she knows what she is talking about: Merle has spent years in leadership positions herself. She prefers to work with leaders who are reflective and not content with the status quo.
