Working at LeanIX
We find it crucially important for our new joiners to have a well-structured, inspiring, and connecting onboarding experience reinforcing that they joined one of the most promising Tech companies in the world! This is why we provide a 6-week end-to-end onboarding program aiming to inspire our new joiners for LeanIX´s mission and give orientation. It is highly engaging and interactive. Each new joiner participates in the first two weeks in our global Bootcamp with joint input-, Ramp-up and connecting sessions across regions, region-specific sessions, in person as well as virtual. After the two weeks Bootcamp, new joiners start their role-specific onboarding. All this is rounded up with our buddy program to provide our new colleagues a sound navigation within LeanIX in the first months.
