About the Best Workplaces for Women 2025.

Organizations that are proud to call themselves a Best Workplace for Women meet the following criteria:

The number of women equals or exceeds theCBS benchmark in the organization's industry
The percentage of women in leadership roles exceeds 33%
Senior management consists of at least one woman
A Trust Index score of 70% or higher according to the women in the organization
