After the success of 2024, we are publishing the list of Best Workplaces for Women for the second time this year. This list is unique in the Netherlands and consists of organizations that particularly make a difference for women.

What are the criteria?
Organizations that are proud to call themselves a Best Workplace for Women meet the following criteria:

The number of women equals or exceeds the CBS benchmark in the organization's industry

The percentage of women in leadership roles exceeds 33%
-
Senior management consists of at least one woman
-
A Trust Index score of 70% or higher according to the women in the organization
